ANNOUNCEMENT
The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announces that as from Friday 10th November, 2006 the fees with regard to limited liability companies as well as the fees with regard to partnerships (general/limited) and business names have been revised. The new applicable fees were published in the Official Gazette No. 4146 – Suppl. III – R.A.A. 422/2006 and R.A.A. 423/2006 respectively. |
