ANNOUNCEMENT
According to Law N.167/1/2003 as from 31/10/2003 every annual return must be accompanied by the Financial Statements of the company together with the reports of the Directors and Auditors, whenever this is required by the Law.
No Annual Returns for the year 2004 shall be accepted by the Registrar for companies of which the financial year expired on 31/10/2003 or thereafter without accompanying Financial Statements. Whenever the financial year expired on the 30/10/2003 or before the annual return must be accompanied by a Statement of the Director of the company to that effect. |
